To be honest its much more fun in the Championship anyway lol

PL will mean money but that's basically all it means... Its ***.... 😜

16/17 is one of the most boring seasons ever..... We won 5 games in the leauge lol

And then let Monk spent the parachute money on ***.....

Even if we got relegated straight away... imagine what Scott could do with the 50mil we spent that summer.

  • The easy thing to say was they pressed us into mistakes but that was hardly the case, we constantly gave the ball away when we weren’t under any pressure. Hackney and Barlaser were doing no look 5 yar

  • Did you know, Leeds haven't conceded in over 1 minute at home!

Only thing more embarrassing than this performance is this comment. Last 8 games we've lost 2, drawn 1 and won 5, that's easily play off form.

Thanks for that. I have congratulated the team when they have done well. I suppose I'm a glass half full sort of bloke and tend to concentrate more on where I think things are not as good as they should be. I have never been able to understand the mindset of those who will not accept criticism of the club. Let me talk about the positives as I see them. Steve Gibson's support of the club is one of them. The fans, particularly the away contingent. They are magnificent, is another. We have a good squad for this League. At times the team can play exciting flowing football.

However the team is badly unbalanced and the left hand side needs strengthening. Defensively at times we are woeful, hence the inability to keep clean sheets and our poor away goals column. There is a distinct lack of focus at times leading to bad mistakes.

Finally I will admit that Carrick has done quite well but there is much room for improvement, particularly his in game management and use of subs.

Hopefully the January window might provide the missing pieces of the jigsaw. I never thought automatics was ever on, but we ought to be well able to reach the playoffs. If some of our sloppy play can be addressed. Getting into the playoff final and winning it is course another matter.

A Merry Christmas to one and all.

I will have try and live without your respect. It will be a struggle, but I think I'll manage it.

Trying to put a brave face on it but it will gnaw away at your soul.

There's no reason our club cannot build ourselves to be competitive in the Premier League if it makes good decisions on and off the pitch. I'd rather be competing against those teams every week than the teams in the Championship. It's not supposed to be easy and yeah, go up unprepared and you could find yourself coming straight back down more often than not. That's the challenge to us as a club. As a fan, I don't think I could ever stop aspiring for us to be more than we are either. It's not because it's the 'Premier League' either, it's because it's the highest level of domestic football in our country and we are currently in the 2nd tier, we should want to be the best version of ourselves and of course it's achievable.

That's a rash assumption ....  Most of us sold them to get rid of Pulis 🙂        Apparently mine was given to a VAR crew to share between them...

Ofc we all want to be in PL. But even back in the days when we managed to be 12-14 for some years its pretty boring.... The cups are the only excitement....

I have no issues with PG the guy is entitled to his own opinions and has not overstepped the mark whatsoever.

Until he does he remains a valued (or not to some) member

To be fair to PG there has been no abuse from him towards anyone. He’s entitled to his opinion. I think the irritant for most is that he only appears when we fall behind or lose a game.
