We haven’t half missed ELL and Doak

I dunno mate.  It's not like we were flying with them available to us.  Both good players of course.  I think we'd be a more threatening team but maybe not as much better as you'd think.

I have supported Carrick but that was as poor a second half as you could wish to see. No one emerging with any credit.

Season over now unless we miraculously win last 4 but even I don’t see that

This was a game made for Coburn in a Boro shirt as Conway had nothing.

Hackney may be a great player in the making but yet again his shot selection was poor.

I could go on but it is just depressing

The most miserable, unenjoyable, boring, uninteresting season in many years following Boro. A summer which started with so much optimism, but now come the end of the season I’m glad it’s over.

At the moment, Carrick is a manager that’s seemingly incapable of winning big games. To nice, to safe, to passive. Everything that you could describe our performance like. Illing Junior putting the ball out of play today for Milwall sums us up.

Fingers crossed we have a new manager for the first game of the season and a new look squad. A lot of these lads don’t have enough about them.

I’d rather have LL playing over Conway and most certainly would have Doak over Burgzorg. They were our two best attackers, and our only players who used their pace to effect games. I think we’ve missed them greatly, especially Doak.

Ok we had a few efforts all pretty much from distance but we had no telling inside their box play creating chances which Conway certainly would benefit from.

Our inability to play decent football in the penalty area has cost us

I still don’t get the Iheanacho signing in terms of he can’t press either, he’s basically a worse azaz who himself can’t press and struggles defensively

It'll be a knock against Carrick if it's true that he pushed for his signing.  It is nice that we're suddenly getting to find out who wanted each particular signing.  Getting injury info out of the club is akin to a state secret but us all getting to know the particulars of our transfer dealings is just fine and dandy.  It's good to support a club that's all pulling in the same direction 👀

I'm gonna say no he isn't.

Well maybe it would do Gibson some good to read these forums. He might begin to develop a little humility, and respect for the fans who pay through the nose to watch a once proud club slipping into total mediocrity

Let’s call the club what it is at the minute, a total shambles.

We have a ‘manager’ if you can call him that who has been here 3 years and still makes the same mistakes he has done since day 1. Failure after failure.

We have an owner who sells our best player every January and doesn’t spend any money to replace them.

We are going absolutely nowhere while the club is being handled like this, there’s not a single thing I like about our team and club right now.

Disgrace.

The Pulis full season was worse than this.  Woodgate's season as well.  The Premier League 'adventure' wasn't a thrill a minute.  Warnock hmmm, Strachan's year of hell.  I'm not even sure that this one cracks the top five to be honest.

The fact that Iheanacho was going to go Derby as well speaks volumes
