The resemblance is incredibly close tbf. Great spot.

People are saying it is him.

Didn’t someone say they wanted the Coventry coach a few days back?

Viveash highly rated isn't he? Done a lot of the coaching for Robins until they fell out.

Apparently the brains behind robins and coventrys promotion push that season. Seems like a bit of a ‘crazy genius’ rejects limelight and focuses intensely on coaching.

I seem to remember he thought he was coming in as assistant but then Robbie Keane was appointed. I think that's where that fell down.

We wanted Rosenior as assistant to woodgate and he rejected, we should have done it the other way, or had Steve round as Rosenior assistant.

I would be very please.

Remember when Woodgate was appointed we did have Steve Round and I think someone lined up and fell apart last minute. I'm glad they are waiting until they have it all sorted before announcing. We might have changed our mind or lost someone or managed to get better coaching staff. All worthwhile if we get the right people.

Round thought he was coming in as DOF. Then asked to be assistant manager

Rosenior we wanted as a coach, he thought he was assistant

Leo we wanted as keeper coach, he thought it was first team coach, which he got.

It was a complete balls up. Could’ve been a great backroom team

I wonder if we've learnt a lesson about the need for quality assistants. We'll obviously never fully know but if we really did fail to support both Woodgate and Carrick with good enough coaching staff, we maybe have decided that we won't settle for whoever seems to be available.
