Im so looking forward to the start of the season, buzzing in fact & I dont mean this to be an Edwards v Carrick debate, as its not about our previous manager, but it feels as though a weight has been lifted off my shoulders & I'm smiling again, excited about his team building, his IIRC hearing, experienced staff,, while I enjoyed watching the little interview from earlier today I missed the BBC Tees phone in at 6 with RE full interview, so loooking forward to listening to that later tonight

I'm expecting pressing football,  plenty of energy, hopefully no playing about in our penalty area & if it takes three/four passes to get to the opposing box than 20, then so be it

He deserves to be given the full support of the fans initially. I hope he starts well and gets backed. I have to confess that I had never heard of either Viveash or Watlin prior to the last week or two when they first got mentioned on here. Having read a bit about them, I think they look like they could be very good additions to the coaching staff. I’m looking forward to the season getting started so we can properly assess their talents. UTB

Me neither, thats why l posted IIRC hearing in my post, so glad we have brought in established/experienced personnel from the beginning

Seriously though, I think if we have a good transfer window, he’ll do well. I like the two lads beside him and think they’re great additions. 
 

I hope he gets given the tools to be successful.

There'll have been plenty of people who hadn't actually been on the forum all day because of work as well, it's not like it's weeks after he was appointed, it's not even been half a day.

Genuinely think he will do well and by that I mean deliver promotion in his time here.

 

I am convinced he can do it.
