Ole is a interesting possible candidate.

I sensed he was more hype than anything else but his record in management is actually a lot better than I initially would have given him credit for.

Cardiff did jot go well but that was 12yrs ago. Since then..

1. 3 years at Molde and had a win % of 56%.

2. 3yrs at United and again won decent win percentage of 54.

3. Recently at Besiktas but was in charge of just 29 games. Winning 15 and drawing 5. He won 8 of his first 12 games but was sacked in August due to being knocked put of Europa league as opposed to a general poor run.

Ole, Adi and one of Ole ex Utd bosses could work very well.

Ex utd coaches

Sorry but look at the team now vs what Carrick had, actual full backs, 3 competitive CMs, a plethora of forwards. Our season fell apart after January performance wise and look at the *** he had to work with.

I agree in some respects, but I also think he has to take some responsibility for that.

He left himself short at the back by allowing Clarke to move on without a replacement, he never seemed to prioritise improving on Howson/Barlaser in midfield or Ayling/Dijksteel at RB, and he failed to get the best out of the likes of Borges and Giles who have both gone on to start the season really well.

It was falling off before then.

Just look at Boxing Day and see what happened in front of our eyes.

Carrick couldn't organise a defence to save his life.

God forbid we got Carrick back...there's no way we'd get promoted with him in charge.

He is weak as p*ss.

Isn’t that the whole point though, we have the defence organised and Viveash seems to be able to do that, if Carrick worked with in the frame work of what we have now you’d hope it would be different

the last 2 seasons of Carrick were the same crack.

crap start, then clicked for a half dozen games, by time the transfer window is open everyone is sick of watching him, only for feb onwards to show some promise that soon reverted back to being stuck getting past teams defending against us. once the team had missed out on the play offs it seemed to take the pressure of them and they got back in there, only to screw it up again lol

if we had some serious pace and power in the team so we could be so direct and just plough through teams he would be worth a shout, but if we had that he might not of got sacked lol.

Adi has flown into the betting this afternoon.

he don't need to get the job to win just meet the set number of games before they pay out, most places isn't it like 12 games and they still pay out?

The poster who has posted this is that newy fella. One who just fantasises about players and managers we can get.

He is harmless but definitly not the source of anything credible
