Nah we always go for reserve keepers for 2nd 3rd choice, rare we sign 2nr 1st choices, most keepers would rather wait for another club first choice if they good enough

Could see us signing a number one if go up tho and keeping brynn on tho, like we did to dimi

The obligation only takes effect if he starts 10 games, they're not playing him because they dont want to sign him.

Aye his value will have taken a hit this season, but I dont think itll have been by much - the situation will be put down to villas dire financial situation rather than a reflection on Elliotts ability. That said, I think he'll be available in summer and if we went up id be all over it.

I strongly suspect he'll go out on loan somewhere next season regardless of whether he ends up signing for Villa or staying at Liverpool. I think we would be a great option as a loan for him if we get promoted.

I would try and sign Imran Louza from Watford if we go up, best CM in the Championship other than HH 👍

Next season agree we might get a better keeper but in championship its always only a bench warmer we bring in nowt to do with our plans next season, we always go for that in 2nd and 3rd choice.

I think there was even talk of Villa trying to send him back in January, definately not fancied there

Sign Targett permanent, and get a young up coming type to rotate at LB and the same at RB.

Then 3 forwards, probably a mix of experience and potential. I could see maybe one of Summerville or Bowen if West Ham go down.

Not sure what championship players we could sign, Louza is a good shout. Fatawu? There’s Jordan James who I’ve always liked or do we take a Punt on Makama?
