Love that he's watching how other teams like us score goals. Always learning, not just doing the same thing over and over. Keeps it fresh for the players too.

Wasn’t a great performance in the sense of quick passing and moving but after the last few games, we needed to show we had a plan B, and we did that tonight. A headed goal from a cross, a goal from a

  • Yeah I think this is a better way of putting what I said earlier. I think in its own way this was an inspiring performance. There's been a slight criticism creeping in that Hellberg only knows how to

Lot of credit has to go to hellberg here. Not pretty, almost the antithesis to how he likes us to play but all of his major decisions have paid off tonight - fry back in, been impirious, stelec up fro

He's actually just answering in a low-block so the journalists can understand how it works.

Will it make his heading ability better, after all he will be more hairodynamic. Sorry 😀

A draw away to Birmingham given their form would not be a bad result in isolation.

However I imagine our promotion rivals results over weekend will determine whether we fans would see a draw as an okay result.

I feel the last 2 games have changed the narrative of the game. Dropped points wouldnt have been the end of the world had we got the results we should have got in the last 2 games. I think it could be a definitive game in our season. A win and I feel we are back on track but we cant really allow Coventry to widen the gap or rivals narrowing the gap further.

It won’t be definitive, we said the same stuff this time last season and things changed almost every week. We won’t have a perfect run of results between now and the end of the season but neither will any other teams.

Just in the past month Coventry have been ‘out of sight’ while we’ve been clinging on to 2nd, then we’ve been potentially running away with it and virtually promoted, now we’re clinging onto 2nd again (apparently). One weeks set of results can change things drastically so to base a season out come on one of them makes no sense.

It might be better to just play Conway LW and Strelec at CF. Gotta work better than Whittaker as the central player.

Strelec CF

Conway LW

McGree CAM

Sarmiento RW

I know its early but I havent seen anything to indicate Sarmiento is any better than Silvera but recent form suggests both would perform better that Whittaker. Whittaker needs a gane or 2 out, hes been awful. When Strelec and Conway player together before Christmas there was practically no cohesion but last few appearances there have been glimpses. Feel we just need some natural width on one wing to stop the congestion.

Was it Brum we played earlier in the season where it was stupidly tense but we came away with the win and it felt like we just won a cup semi?

Brum was the game when Edwards was stood down because all the Wolves stuff was going on. So it was a weird game anyway. They looked decent, but it was a deserved win.
