Our income from gate money doesn't come anywhere near running the club...It's merchandise & TV money that is the main income...That and player sales...How many Games have been Televised this season? how many will get Televised IF we do go up...By this I'm assuming we get paid by appearances on TV

The TV income in the Premier League would dwarf our TV income in the Championship?

By a massive amount too.

You get at least £100m in TV income for a season just for finishing bottom of the Premier League.

We got £12m from TV income in the Championship last season.

Putting aside the promotion permutations... It would be quite nice to just to win a game. Guess we'll find out if dropping to 3rd takes some pressure or makes everything worse.

Let's have it right. They have absolutely lost their head and bottled it in the past 6 weeks.

Brittain Malanda Fry Targett Bangura

Sene (donkey but can run tbf) threatens to stretch their defence centrally / inside fullbacks opens up space for Strelec just off him and McGree advanced of the midfield 3

Wingbacks both have pace and can get up and down - Bangura hugging touchline opens up space inside for Targett in that sort of space Giles would cross early from, McGree will go in there as well

Balance to the back 3

It will be the same problem. Defence prone to silly lapses and inability to convert some of the chances. Zipotnik will show them how it's done .

Strelec looks like he couldn't knock the skin off a rice pudding.

Lets hope that after our less than Good Friday we have our very own Resurrection on Easter Monday.

Two days to face reality and assess what needs to change or Carry on Kim. Whatever happens we need a win by hook or by crook.

Sene is abysmal. Genuinely worse than Conway. If he had the slightest bit about him, he'd have got a start ages ago.

I have no idea what he is like. Until he gets a run in the team none of us know and can only guess. What we do know is that Conway isn't delivering anything of value. It's now April and Strelec, despite having his best 45 minutes yesterday, hasn't delivered anything close to expectations. Under Edwards at the start of the season both Sene and Hansen looked like they had something to offer so what's happened?

Akpom was unceremoniously dumped and then reintegrated after an in jury crisis and hit a Riverside goal scoring record. Latte Lath was dropped for Coburn and then ended up being sold for a Club record fee. Morgan Rogers showed glimpses but couldn't nail a starting place and is now being talked about for a £100m transfer in the summer. Going back even further Hickton was a CB who had a go up front and became a Club legend. Bernie begged and borrowed to get a chance here and again achieved legendary status.

Sene has had bit part cameos but hasn't had a run in the side, I have seen nothing from the current incumbents that supports their claim over his. He may be garbage but we just don't know. My rapidly diminishing trust and confidence in our Manager and Coaches doesn't lead me to believe they themselves know either.

Well put.

I know the squad players haven't set Teesside alight...but then I don't think they've really had the chance to. The odd appearance here and there really isn't enough to judge them on.

Yeah, we have to reframe our expectations at this point and plan for the playoffs. And it's been proven time and again that the best thing to do is to go into them in decent form (not always, but usually).

Of the 6 games we have left, 3 of them are against teams with nothing to play for (I'm assuming Watford will be out of the playoff race by the time we play them). Monday is the first. There's no excuse not to win, even just for the travelling fans.

Aye, a win and a couple of goals is what we're after. No reason why we can't either. We aren't a bad team, we just have games where we are ineffective.
