boro-unger 4,676 17.9k
hmm, interesting. didn't really enjoy gta 4 to be honest, it was like they'd tried to make it TOO realistic. didn't play it for anywhere near as long as GTA: SA
Neverbefore 14,994 29.3k
I get where you're coming from, but i still really enjoyed gta4. Was glued to it for weeks. hopefully they do put a bit more wackiness back in. and do away with the bloody social aspects. all that dating and being called by mates all the time irritated me. im not looking for a second life clone! boro-unger 4,676 17.9k
yeh, i think it needs a bit more arcadey, i hated the way they moved accelerate in a car to the back triggers - i don't care if its more accurate, it's not like i'm going to be doing any heel & toe-ing in GTA. give me the X button to accelerate anyday. also didn't like the shooting as much, going on memory here so i might be wrong, but didn't they remove the auto snap-on aiming? i seem to remember they did and i didn't like it as much. And didn't you have to use the back triggers for shooting as well? (can you tell i'm not a fan of the back triggers?) that said, the trailer does look pretty good for GTA 5 and i'll probably still buy it.
Aarfy_Aardvark 38 5.6k
I still haven't finished the last one. I was half way through it, got distracted by g/f, work, study and then managed to delete the saved-data on the PS3. San Andreas on the PS2 was brilliant though. Guest Noddy1989 0
My favourite will always be GTA3. Probably the only one I spent most my time playing the game and less time using weapon cheats to see how long I can last against full stars. Batmalan 50 4.3k
GTA 3 is and always will be my favourite, just purely because they completely blew everyone away with the new 3d style of the game and they've never looked back since. GTA SA is the best game in the series though by a country mile
Neverbefore 14,994 29.3k
Itll probably include the whole of san andreas though. From the trailer it looks like theres a lot of rural areas again and it wouldnt make sense if these didnt lead to other cities like it did in SA. Guest ternan 0
I really like the GTA franchise though it might not appear as a pretty convincing game for some. There is just something about being able to do absolutely anything you want even on a virtual setup. Though it has been accounted for being able to spark ideas on people who really has no idea on how to pull it off but picks up some strategies in the game to try it in real life. stubbzy69 38 4.9k
I heard after this new one the next will be in the u.k with London most likely to be the setting but saying that I have also heard there "to keep the game alive" changing to another country altogether like gta Tokyo I think it would work in any country its not like we no America like the back of our hands.
