Their is a fascinating article about the Boro in today’s Athletic... Nine championship games in 29 days.  Following a team in their maddest run ever.    Neil Warnock was on the pit

Centuries ago Villages had ducking stools whereby if the person drowned they were innocent and if they lived they were guilty and sentenced to death. Nowadays not much has changed sadly. Idiots postin

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. I probably shouldn’t have made things public, but I was at as very low ebb. It’s been a difficult year, not made better by COVID. Lockdown bucket lists aren’t

I wonder how Leeds will make it to Cardiff for a 12pm kick-off given they can't stay in hotels or fly.

That sounds crazy. First thing i checked was times of our away fixtures and thankfully all are decent.

The Hull game being on a Thursday means that week we got Stoke away on Sat 27th June, followed by hull away on the Thurs and then QPR on the Sunday is now 3 games in 8 days and not 3 games in 7 days. That is a huge week for us.

Hoping they'll vote to end League One today, but I'd guess that it's seen as less likely than it was because we've extended Browne's loan at Oxford.

League One is over.

Sunderland remain in the third division for another season with their worst ever league finish.

Coventry and Rotherham promoted automatically, then the play-offs.

Should the worst happen and we do go down, Rotherham are a good example of a team who repeatedly get out of the division after relegation.

Stoke's manager, Michael O'Neill, has tested positive for Coronavirus.

Not sure whether he'll miss the first match on return, but he'll miss the majority of training before it.

It’s Watching the Villa b Sheff Utd game and I can’t help but wonder where are all these footballers getting their hair cut 🤷‍♂️

I have to say that was really unfair on Sheffield United. The ball surely crossed the line.

I was just saying to my colleague the other day how goal line technology had never caused a problem (as opposed to VAR)... Sorry Sheffield, scudded that one for you!

Hawkeye have just released a statement apologising for their technology failing during the Villa Sheff U match. Apparently the ref's watch and earpiece didn't receive any notification the ball had crossed the line, and all seven cameras were obscured.

Football's back, folks!

Might not be the same for all teams, but on the Man City documentary the club actually had a hair dresser/stylist who worked for the club for when they do photoshoots etc. I'd imagine the other clubs would probably have something similiar.
