Non-Boro Football

having watched the games since the re start this has been coming. WBA looked the least convincing from the three teams involved. brenford deserve it for thier bravery and attitude , having said that youve now got to have that little nigling feeling, with the championship being what it is, that stoke are likely to beat brentford .if that proves to be the case ,what odds us beating cardiff too.

Their is a fascinating article about the Boro in today’s Athletic... Nine championship games in 29 days.  Following a team in their maddest run ever.    Neil Warnock was on the pit

Centuries ago Villages had ducking stools whereby if the person drowned they were innocent and if they lived they were guilty and sentenced to death. Nowadays not much has changed sadly. Idiots postin

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. I probably shouldn’t have made things public, but I was at as very low ebb. It’s been a difficult year, not made better by COVID. Lockdown bucket lists aren’t

Not a great start to Boro weekend.

If Wigan win v Charlton and Luton win v Hulltomorrow and we lose then i think it goes to last game of season for us?

And them 3 scenarios are more than possible imo

if we lose..

Am glad Leeds are promoted as means another Northern club is in.

As the song goes. We all hate Leeds. And there's many a reason to do so. And it could be promotion at our expense. So not the best scenario at all.

The lady hasnt sang for us yet. This will go down to the wire. We need a point tomorrow.

Only if Wigan win and either Hull or Luton win.

We're safe if Wigan lose or draw tomorrow, whatever our results.

If. 😁
The long and short of it is we need to secure safety by our own means. Not rely on other results. So that means we NEED at least a point from our remaining games. Preferably tomorrow.

Watching the West Ham v Watford game. Ben Foster’s performance looks very suspect to me. Reminds me of a certain Wimbledon goalkeeper in the late 80’s early 90’s

Hopefully Wigan smash Charlton by 5+ goals then Charlton would have lower goal difference than us depending on our result

I would like Wigan to stay up but not at our expense or expense of my nerves. Ideally i want a draw but if one team is to win I was rather it was Charlton. A Wigan loss would leave Wigan on 45pts and unable to catch us with 1 game left. That would mean Barnsley and Wigan could not catch us.

And given its then Hull v Luton (both on 45pts) means whatever the result at least one team out them two cannot catch us meaning that would be 3 teams who could not catch us meaning we are safe regardless as are my nerves.
