Non-Boro Football

So journalists speculation as in Daily Mail umpteen manager short lists. Everyone has opinions and advise but in reality, no one knows but it gets people thinking one knows more then them and news sells, earns a pay check and keeps one relevant and in the lime light. It’s a bit like NW team sheets really.

Their is a fascinating article about the Boro in today’s Athletic... Nine championship games in 29 days.  Following a team in their maddest run ever.    Neil Warnock was on the pit

Centuries ago Villages had ducking stools whereby if the person drowned they were innocent and if they lived they were guilty and sentenced to death. Nowadays not much has changed sadly. Idiots postin

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. I probably shouldn’t have made things public, but I was at as very low ebb. It’s been a difficult year, not made better by COVID. Lockdown bucket lists aren’t

What a difference a dot makes 🤣

Yeh it was my mate who sent me the text about  Solkjaer's 75 mill pay out ,I  think my reaction was CLUCKING BELL, thought he must have been on Christiano's wages, that dot has made a difference the poor bugger.

I so badly hope they panic and hire Pulis.

I'm sure even Crown Prince Whatsisface knows better than that. 😂

I know they have a different view on what is acceptable human rights wise. But even they wouldn’t inflict that on their people 🤮

Sunderland being beaten 5-1 by Rotherham eased the pain of an otherwise bad day of football.

Hopefully the start of the classic Lee Johnson losing run.

I suppose looking at it that way, we did better than Newcastle, Hartlepool, Spennymoor and Scarborough..

First time I have been envious of Marske

    • That's mainly me and only when I have allowed the wine to flow. Jones is terrific but rather one dimentional  which is a shame because he could litterally cause havoc in opposition defences. Just pleased we did not lose and showed ability to get back into the game twice and could have clinched it had Duncan Scoresomemore scored 🙂
    • I sometimes get a little bit of info at games. It’s been spot on all summer so no reason to doubt it. Apparently Greaves has/is very close to signing (I was told he signed yesterday), but that seems a quick turnaround from playing for Hull on Saturday to putting pen to paper on Sunday. But he’s keen either way I think. Before we signed Forss, I was told we’re hoping to invest £20m+ in the squad. So we’re trying. Obviously I don’t know on who etc and if that includes wages, just something I’d heard. So seems there’s money there without having to sell Fry.
    • 6 goals conceded in 3 games. I just don’t get why we needed to disrupt the Djiksteel McNair Fry partnership I thought it done well last season. I would like to see that in the next game.
    • I think you had just as much vino as I had yesterday both makes us gobby🤪
    • I pulled up the Echo on Fry’s rating and Scott Wilson said that Fry got pulled at half time. Didn’t really offer any additional insight into his reasons for giving a 5/10. I thought Fry was very good albeit his distribution was a little ‘impatient’ at times.
