Their is a fascinating article about the Boro in today’s Athletic... Nine championship games in 29 days.  Following a team in their maddest run ever.    Neil Warnock was on the pit

Centuries ago Villages had ducking stools whereby if the person drowned they were innocent and if they lived they were guilty and sentenced to death. Nowadays not much has changed sadly. Idiots postin

Thanks for all your thoughts and prayers. I probably shouldn’t have made things public, but I was at as very low ebb. It’s been a difficult year, not made better by COVID. Lockdown bucket lists aren’t

Arsenal love shooting themselves in the foot by playing out from the back every time rather than recognising danger and clearing it......cause all their own problems.

Keepers had a great match for them

Amazing to think Arsenal and Man United dominated English football in the late 90s and early Noughties, given how feeble they are against positive opposition.

Without De Gea and Ramsdale, there'd have been a couple of cricket scores today. 4-1 flattered United, and Arsenal are self-destructing live on telly.

Yeah defiantly the keeper isnt the issue, I dont think Arsenal have the players to play out from the back with but they try anyway regardless I think thats their issue.

Against a high press it’s a really dangerous plan. Liverpool are great at it as well and they subscribe to the 10 second goal idea.

I seem to remember Man U having a pattern of appointing interim managers and then a permanent one after the season finishes. Did Solskjaer not start off as interim manager himself?

I wouldn't be surprised if they went for Eddie Howe in the summer but they can't really get him now when he has only been with Newcastle a couple of weeks.

Huge win for Derby today. Rooney is doing a really good job actually.

Was just about to say this as well. In the face of adversity they and Rooney are producing.

Have to admit that despite him not coming over very well in interviews leading to an assumption on my part on his i.q. he certainly seems to have something in the managerial department. Even if it's only motivational and inspirational based in fairness to him I'm coming round to the opinion that maybe he does have something a little bit more than just a penchant for being caught with dubious ladies of all ages in tacky situations while wasted.
