Bruce 2,524 2.1k
Starting to look like Luton are in serious danger of relegation. Feels a bit like us under Woodgate when they make really bad decisions at the beginning of the season. They'll probably pull out of it.

They'll probably pull out of it. 3 points from safety after this weekend, be pretty interesting if they do go down. As far as I know, they'd only be the second team in English history to get promoted to the top flight and then relegated twice in a row in consecutive seasons. Northampton did the same between 1964 and 1967.
Old Codger 3,992 4.6k
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/articles/c5yvkgl45ydo Nice little article on strange bookings after Ndiaye got a yellow for a seagull impression (Is he brave enough to do that at the Stadium of Light?). The last one made me think of a certain line from Monty Python 🙂. Have we had any daft bookings ... seem to remember Bernie getting a card for celebrating on the fence once but not much else

There's absolute no jeopardy now, Club Brugge will know they're through anyway.
TeaCider24 16,744 21.9k
Somebody needs to tell the commentator that Stuttgart are losing 4-0 with 20 minutes left, they've lost, there is absolutely no chance whatsoever of Brugge actually needing a point now. TeaCider24 16,744 21.9k
Still has Club Brugge as staying in on the live table, even with Sporting above them and Dynamo Zagreb winning. And the commentator has just brought up to Stuttgart again. Would need a 3 goal swing between this and the Dynamo Zagreb game for them to actually go out.
