London_born_Boro_bred 29
Mmmmm interesting. Thought he might have got another shot with the new guy coming in.
Somerset Boro 98
i think its more his choice rather than the club wanting him out
BillyWoofs_shinpad 1,884
He was desperate to move back down to London, shame though.
cornishboroboy 272
Really could've done with him next game. Watford play 3-5-2 with wing backs. We need to mirror that and Hoyte was the best person available for that role.
borojod 7
Thought he might have changed his mind, given that Kamara seems to get on well with him.
Aphex_Boro 1,425
Bit disappointed with that, Hoyte is probably our best right back, but if he wanted out then there really isn't anything else that could have been done
Guest sackrobson
If we're not going to pick him then its for the best.
VectorBoro 75
Not exactly Houtes decision to leave, he was informed late last week to find a club.
Armster 29
the shenanigans continue
VectorBoro 75
If the club are not going to play him then it's best for both parties that he plays else where, but I thought he would have a role to play at MFC.
Somerset Boro 98
who's call is that then VB? as its obviously not mowbray's hes gone and i can't imagine MV having too much say in it?
p_mards 1,363
It's the right decision considering we have Williams, Richardson, Parnaby, Hoyte and Varga that have experience of playing RB. We could probably do with one of Richardson and Parnaby leaving also if we are hanging our hat on Williams being our main RB for us in future.
Guest Changing Times
Should never have had his contract extended in the first place. For a club with financial constraints we've found all kinds of ways to waste money, Arca being another example.
holgater 6
Have given Hoyte some stick over the years, but thought he did really well last year, and I expected him to be our first choice right back this year. I certainly think he's our best right back and is a lot better than anybody else we've got who can play there. Not convinced at all with Williams there, Richardson started off well but his performances dropped recently, and I don't rate Parnaby. Can't pass comment on Varga as I've never seen him play there.
