Brunners 7,952
I'm not convinced he's a good enough player for us anymore but as a person and a captain I couldn't respect Grant more.
Guest Changing Times
It's interesting that Woody and Downing get a positive mention given that they seem to be held as being responsible both last season for what happened and this season (Downing).
Dan1234 1,048
Isn't Grant in the same click a those guys though?
Borodane 6,246
I thought Leadbitter was Aitors biggest supporter. Not that he has said anything especially negative in that interview about Aitor although I did raise an eyebrow over the woody and downing mention.
MattyBoro 4
Would love to see this team given a go at some point pre season: ------------------------Ripley---------------------- Fabio-------Fry--------Gibson------Friend -----------De Roon------Clayton-------- Traore------------------------------Chapman ----------------Cooke---------------------- ----------------------------Bamford
Humpty 3,246
interesting interview from Leadbitter. thought he would've been falling over himself to praise Karanka, seems he was quite critical about him not changing things when it wasn't starting to go pear shaped though
Erimus 63 478
Plenty of alarm bells were ringing at the club and yet Gibson decided to sit on his hands. Why he decided to ignore all these goings on is anyone's guess? A truly pathetic season best forgotten...
Barticus 29
Just like the Europa Cup Final, best forgotten, unlike the 1/4 & semi

Arskite 75
Here's some highlights of Ripley's season from the Oldham website - Link 18 clean sheets - albeit in what appears to be a very defensive team. Couple of smart stops in there and seems to hold the ball well (Guzan take note). Definitely worth letting him have the jersey next season IMO, so long as we have a capable backup in case he can't make the step up. Side note: he seems to have got a bit porky since last time I saw him. :D

Also on the 2 penalty saves in the video - they happened in the 89th and 95th minute of the same game and earned a 0-0 draw against Millwall!

richmfc 41
Does anyone understand why we've loaned 2 new signings from abroad to the (I believe ) Estonian league We've never seen fit to loan any other players to them so why two new lads just signed from foreign leagues
