A great Athletic article on our youth recruitment in London (copied from the other site): Saturday afternoon in the north London postcode of N22: on White Hart Lane a steady stream of fans make t

The Times interview today with Chuba. I’ve missed all the pics out as I don’t know how to get the whole article across and it’s behind a firewall, but you get a good feeling of what he thinks.

Superb article from The Athletic published today... Gives you a real sense that something special is being built. We've been crying out for this for so long.   Michael Walker 2h ago  2

I don't normally condone vigilantism, but have at it:

Seems a bright lad. Send that racist message with his name and profile picture visible for all to see🙄

Or better yet, forward it on to the police.

Probably won't achieve much, but you never know unless you try.

He probably didn't think Bolasie would make it public. Sadly for him he has, and now he's going to suffer the consequences. Someone on twitter has already contacted his employer showing them his behaviour.

Why on earth would someone think it's OK to abuse someone because of where they come from or what they look like. Then why would someone go to the trouble of posting it on the internet and then why would a Celtic fan abuse an Everton Player on loan at Middlesbrough? I've possibly missed something but deliberately didn't search or seek it.

The mentality of some Human beings is staggering and never surprises unfortunately in its ability to reach new lows. That the bloke went to the trouble of it in the first place is worrying in terms of he gets a vote and could even appear on a Jury sometime soon. Not liking someone (or something) is normal as much as liking someone more than others is but for it to be based on anything other than behaviour and personality traits is really screwed up, just live and let live, judge people on who they are not what they are.

Same reason we still have wars, genocide and crime. Also why humanity as a whole hasn't really advanced much socially, from the Middle Ages. Greed, megalomania, hate and distrust of those who look, sound, or choose to live differently are still rampant. You just have to look at the world situation to see that.

Just look at what happened in the US during the last election. Even so-called First World countries aren't immune to it.

In Britain though it tends to be more underground and internet-based...every nasty little keyboard warrior feels they can spout their garbage with impunity.

Or to put it in a nutshell: some people are just a-holes.

Boro charged with failing to ensure that its players and/or club officials conducted themselves in an orderly fashion after the final whistle of the Swansea game on Saturday

Could the charge result in a points deduction?

Wouldn't it be wonderfull to squeeze in to the play of spots, for then being deducted 3 points and finish 7th?

Especially if Swansea had had a bad run and were the ones to finish just behind us..  can just imagine how that would go down.
