Tavernier scores for England U19s vs Ukraine. Very tidy finish.

He's been very good this game, at both ends.

I haven’t liked chalobah. He looks slow loses a lot of headers for a big guy and makes mistakes that he uses his size to get out of. If he’s the guy that’s gone on loan to Ipswich I can see him struggling

Would love to see the lad do well.

He's not a winger for me as he didn't seem to have a trick or way to beat a man.

However the lad does have good technical ability/good energy and seemed keen to get into the box as shown for his Sunderland goal.

One of the 3 cm's could work out great for him.

One of the comments on that suggested he's more of a left footed cm? Combined with his energy and creativity he could be perfect in that role. Probably a couple of years off still, But who knows if he has a really good tournament

Has everybody had their season cards delivered? Mine has not arrived yet.

It just gets renewed if your an existing holder I've had the same one for about 5 year now I think they don't even bother with a new card, season ticket for 16 year and I didn't even get a fixture list last season.

Closing in on that gold card, impressive.

20 consecutive years I think, I’ve never seen one with my own eyes but I’m pretty sure it’s a real thing

    • I don't even blame the majority of the people getting on the trains because most of them will be key workers. However, if we can't manage the situation better then the tube would be better off just being closed, doctors and nurses could be put up in hotels close to their place of work or taxis should be laid on.  A packed tube will be like an incubator for the virus and the situation surely can't carry on like this. Another point is that apparently the construction sites are still supposed to be working as normal in London which will also add to the passenger numbers on public transport. Why aren't the government clamping down on the construction industry?  I'm glad to have lived in a society where we have a lot of freedom but in the current situation I think the government needs to exert more control especially in London.
    • I mean, it was a stupid ass decision to reduce the number of services in the hope it would reduce the number of people per tube. Khan is saying drivers are self-isolating or are ill themselves. Obviously the latter is unavoidable but given the scale of the tube usage, surely tube drivers should be considered key workers too? How many of them will be in self-enforced isolation who could feasibly be working? Though I'm willing to bet it's not just key workers who are using them and perhaps an alternative is to start ensuring valid reasons for travel instead of just letting anyone use them. There's potential problems with all of the solutions but the main problem as ever is the people who use them. I lived there, anyone else who has or does and has dealt with the Central Line for a short period of time, never mind the 3 years I did, will know it feels like 90% of the people going to work in the capital every day felt they were more important and more significant to the world than the people around them, the very peak of the capitalist society we live in where some people would step on their dead grandmother for an extra few bob. It gets in your bones too, it's almost beyond your control to be the same as them because you know as soon as you hold open a metaphorical door for the more vulnerable, those who are perfectly fine will capitalise on your good gesture and will never give you credit for your good deed. This virus has levelled the playing field significantly in that we are reminded about how individually, we are all important and all our individual decisions can impact so many other people. The maths is simple. If you can feasibly do so, staying at home is going to be hugely positive in delaying the spread of this virus. It's important that those of us who can, do so, in order to allow those who can't to be less at risk.
    • It's sounding most likely that the season will be completed in June/July behind closed doors.
    • We would even settle for you up front Alan with Teddy as your support striker 😂
