Actually its a little worrying also, since all 5 of our opponents so far are ranked below us. Bristol City have been very lucky going by the above table and were fortunate to get 9 points where the stats say 1.

Hadn't heard anything about this until you posted. There's no need for it and he'll probably get a ban because of his own stupidity ?‍♀️

Agree mate. I’d have no problem approaching these morons and even reporting them. I find it abhorrent and I don’t want it anywhere near my club (or anywhere else for that matter)

Doesn’t surprise me sadly, I heard repeated racist abuse at the Brentford game in the south stand. Currently working with the club to help them identify the culprits.

Good on you! I think this man was probably reported by people sat around him and rightly so. It seems to have been happening more often around the country lately and it's not on.

I hope the lot of them get banned.

Edit: Was this in block 60 too?

Sickening. Happens everywhere. Annoys me when english journalists go after the state of serie a (which is god awful too) when the same problems are in pretty much every stadium here too.

Just don't get it at all. Honestly thought we were moving on from racism a bit but recent years has made me think otherwise. Glad I haven't heard any so far but then North Stand is relatively quiet where I sit at the moment anyway.

There are problems here for sure, but Italy is a different level - there were audible monkey chants from a sizeable section of a crowd directed at Moises Kean. Many other European countries are even worse...

Here's a fantastic read on Piscitelli - former leader of the Lazio’s Irriducibili - shot dead last week.

Used to have a season ticket in the south stand and it was fairly widespread in the majority of games from people in that stand. Some absolute scum following this club

    • You know Burrell I think he deserves a chance in the FA cup in January or even against Wycombe. As he seems to score lots for u23 is 19 so time for him to get a chance especially with us having limited attacking options
    • It’s not about writing his whole career off, just that judging by his games last season he’s simply not ready to be a regular here. As I said a loan was the best move for everyone, it’s up to him now to prove himself and he will get the chance to do that. Tgeres so much more than just pure football ability, setting up for a game is almost like being in school. Taking mental notes of where you have to be on the pitch during different phases of play etc. If a player decides to take no notice then during the game they will disrupt the whole game plan. No manager will pick them. There was one player who did an interview a couple of years ago and mentioned a manager who would stop training sessions because a player was a couple of ft away from where he wanted him. I did wonder if it was Karanka he was talking about.
    • Superb. Looks like the u23s have a great chance of promotion to the top division this year.
    • Don't think it's necessarily true about Warnock. NW has already said he watched the U23s game against Leeds and was so impressed by one unnamed player he had him called up to first team training immediately.
    • U23's win 3-1 against norwich to go top Two Hayden Hackney penalties and a goal from Rumarn Burrell capped off a terrific second half showing from Graeme Lee's young charges. They were trailing 1-0 at the break to a Tyrese Omotoye goal, but Burrell levelled on 65 minutes before Hackney converted from the spot twice in the last 15 minutes to wrap up the points. Norwich were top going into the game, but Boro are now a point clear in pole position with a game in hand. Like our U18s, our U23s are the leading goalscoresr in the Premier League with 16 from six outings so far this season. - the contrast to the 1st team couldn't be greater 😄
