good call for Wright...usually talks sense and comes across as someone who actually had pride in his achievements rather than look at me, I am a football star cos I've played 5 games and earn £60k a week

Have you seen the video of when he reunites with his old school teacher? It's actually really touching! Seems like a genuinely nice guy.

Far from Britt’s biggest fan but could be a shrewd move from NW to get more out of him and make him feel like the main man. Until he leaves on a free anyway 😂

Britt is more likely to sign a New contract on reduced wages here, when he is Captain... Will anyway be hard for hint to find better options..

So you could say that Captains armband is prices at 15m 🤷‍♂️🙃

Another Warnock piece, I agree with him that I wouldn't be putting money on us for promotion!

Playoff push definitely on the cards though in my opinion he's kind of keeping up the optimism but playing up that we're real underdogs interesting balancing act he's pulling lately in the press.

U18s kicked off with a 3 nil win at Leeds today. Cal Kavanagh straight on it again this season with 2 goals. Josh Coburn with the other.

QPR v Boro a week Saturday is expected to have a crowd of 1,000 as part of the ongoing trials.

Grounds could be limited to between 1,000 and 2,500 from October 1st if cases are still too high to allow the planned one-third full

Does anyone know how those 1,000 people are selected?

    • The fact they didn’t train is simply they hadn’t implanted a risk and migration. Lots of alternatives to train. We where not down to only 10 players as there were several who could have played. What it does highlight is that a sick player is better then those not in the team selection or sat on the bench. Hell if that’s the case we are dire trouble.  It matters not because the onus was on us which is what I’m implying and as I stated my opinion, we are a inconsistent team  doing well.
    • They'll probably hire him to be fair! 😂
    • Tony pulis linked already hahah
    • @ScarBoro I think they've (Gov website) published Employment Tribunals decisions upto 15th Jan. So we have a few days to wait but it'll be interesting to read the initial full decision.
    • The two are at least partly linked though. If you are dismissed, the dismissal may be unfair because legislation doesn’t allow for dismissal in those circumstances (e.g. because if you are dismissed for getting pregnant or undertaking trade union activities) or because your employment contract doesn’t allow for it. Alternatively, the dismissal may be unfair because although the end result was correct, the employer didn’t follow the rules correctly (e.g. you didn’t get the chance to appeal or the timescales in your contract weren’t followed). In these cases the tribunal can decide you were correctly dismissed but award compensation for the company not following the rules correctly - but the compensation in these cases will be pretty small.  Given the amount the tribunal awarded,  they are saying the dismissal should not have happened I.e. Derby had no legal grounds for dismissing him for the “offence”
