Wigan is another tough game, they're beating premiership opposition and are in good form. I'd probably be happy with a point. I don't think we'll be in the playoffs come end of season so as long as we keep performing well and finish top half it'll be a job well done in Karankas first 6 months.

Seeing strikers like Sharp and Bamford scoring really is quite depressing.

 

Seeing Jutkiewicz not scoring is even more depressing

 

But that's what I mean. If we had brought in a striker, along the lines of those two, he wouldn't even be in the team and they would probably have been scoring the chances he is missing.

Oh well. Good effort. sounds like a couple of bad misses and bad decisions the difference.

 

The positives are that I am pretty sure if this was earlier in the season we would have been done at least 4 or 5 - 0.

Best to just forget about this, move on and look forward to the Wigan match.
