I dislike parmo's so he can have all of mine thank you very much!

I was going to say the same :p although we are probably going to get lynched now! Batten down the hatches!

Get out... Both of you... Out. You cannot describe yourself as a boro fan unless you bleed bechamel sauce and crap bread-crumbed chicken. :P

I do like them homemade without the bechamel sauce if that's any consolation?!

As a matter of interest have the club done a ticket special for this game?

And I think it is very unfair with the options Humpty gave us though saying that I dislike parmo's so he can have all of mine thank you very much!

I'm with you on the lack of options, DS. My get out clause is that he too can have the Parmo as I'm vegetarian and would have no need for it. Who on earth would be so deluded to reckon he's more gorgeous than George?

I think the cardboard fluorescent arrow thing may work and won't look to dissimilar judging by capacity percentage of your crowds at present.

Haha, that's what happens when you have a ground with 4 stands :P

Leadbitter is more Run DMC than AMC.

Tomlin hat-trick, Boro to win 5-1.

Lol! Cuz its like that...and thats the way it is...

I make home made Parmos

You'd put Mejias on the bench over Steele?

Only if Steele isn't fully fit.

Says on the Mfc site that he's back in light training, so presumably not ready for first team football yet. All conjecture though.

If Mejias is on the bench, one of the other 5 loan players will have to miss out, I would say that is extremely unlikely!

Ah ok fair comment. A little birdie tells me he's been in full training for close to two weeks now.

    • The appeal doesn't go to the EFL, it goes to an independent board.
    • You couldn't really legislate for Hugill scoring a worldy. That said even though we were crap and sloppy, but we should've got a point out of it.
    • The last section is the exact reason Wigan won't win their appeal. The EFL simply refuse to acknowledge that their set of tests is not fit for purpose. They even then mention another case where that was evident (Bury).
    • The owners haven't massively overspent and run the club into the ground. From what I have seen Wigan is/are a fairly well run club in terms of finances (in a football sense anyway). But the owners have literally used the club for some very murky reason. They sold the club to a new owner (a fund) that the old owner was the majority shareholder in. Then immediately installed a new majority shareholder to the fund that now own Wigan. That shareholder bizarrely has no online footprint at all, other than everything related to him owning Wigan. This man then on the exact same day he has acquired the club has placed it in administration. It is that reason that Wigan are appealing the decision. All of the above of course was signed off by the EFL themselves. Which opens a whole new can of worms.
    • https://www.efl.com/news/2020/july/efl-update-wigan-athletic/   Here is the latest statement by the EFL on the Wigan situation. I agree with a lot of what they say up until they start trying to defend their fit and proper test.
