boroinbishop 65
Head to Head Boro: 11 Draw: 8 Ipswich: 10 Did you know? Ipswich was the first Town to be built by the Anglo Saxons after their conquest of Britain. They have the five oldest bells in the world (make of that what you will) Ipswich is Twinned with the town of Arras in France, wherever that is. Ipswichian people
BillyWoofs_shinpad 1,884
No, but you can cry a river Rumour has it, there is a huge wardrobe department, so you can be anyone you like on any given day, although the Marilyn Monroe outfits go very quickly. Swine flu Same tune, different key To check that they were actually half an octave apart, they are. Lexicon Oh and nil - nil.
ManBearPig 1,833
As long as we score a goal, I will see it as a step in the right direction...
MMC 987
Can you cry underwater? Probably, but your tears would just diffuse into the water. If you were sobbing uncontrollably you'd probably drown. Once you're in heaven, do you get stuck wearing the clothes you were buried in for eternity? It's more likely that I'll be sat playing strip poker with Mao, Hitler and Satan in hell than ever reaching heaven, so my view is invalid here. What disease did cured ham actually have? Swine flu. Do twinkle Twinkle little star and the alphabet song have the same tune? If not the same, then they're pretty similar. Why did you just try sing the two songs above? I didn't don't make false accusations, it's mean. Is there another word for Thesaurus? Lexicon potentially? God's sake Billy, I swear you're in my head sometimes...

Aphex_Boro 1,425
Going to be optimistic here and predict a nervy 1-0 win
AnglianRed 6,229
In the poll I went for a draw, but checking the stats I think we may just pull off a win. I don't know why, but I have this weird feeling we'll win a penalty in the 2nd half and that Leadbitter will have something to do with it. Won't be a pretty game to watch (or listen to) though. My Prediction: Middlesbrough 1 - 0 Ipswich
boro-unger 3,811
Like it bib. Absolutely convinced we're going to score this time. By hook or by crook! 1-0 to boro Now, for question time: Can you cry underwater? Why would I be cutting onions underwater? :s Once you're in heaven, do you get stuck wearing the clothes you were buried in for eternity? Nah, I think you have to wear the clothes you died in. Not looking forward to meeting the old men who died in their sleep wearing nowt but their tighty whities! What disease did cured ham actually have? HTLV-Associated Myelopathy... Do twinkle Twinkle little star and the alphabet song have the same tune? Yup, as does baa baa black sheep!
Somerset Boro 98
It will be 0-0 BIB which is better than losing if we had been away.
Downsouth 6,175
For the first time in ages I am prediciting a home loss against Ipswich without a Boro goal (could that be possible?)............there is method in my madness I assure you! And no I again can not say that this is the most important game so far!
Maccarone 264
So little interest in the game judging by the lack of posts! How will AK use these remaining games? preparation for next season or will next seasons team be totally different anyways? Wish we could all be a bit more optimistic just now! All we are saying is give us a goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooal!
Barticus 29
Look I haven't seen us lose yet this season(part from Hull in the FA Cup) and don't intend to start now!!! I've missed the last 4 home games where we haven't scored so I hope they have just been saving them for my return, in fact dare I predict a 4-0 thumping, you heard it here first
boroinbishop 65
Judging by initial reaction on their forum they seem to think they'll set up defensively and play for a draw/ lucky goal from a set piece
OldManGravz 1,310
Do twinkle Twinkle little star and the alphabet song have the same tune? Yup, as does baa baa black sheep! Does it? I'm trying to hum one and imagine the other but they aren't fitting. As for the match, I voted win as I really can't see us losing this and I'm confident we can end our drought here. I'm expecting an unchanged back 5, Butterfield and Leadbitter in front of the back 4 (IF the injury to Chalobah last night was bad, I don't know), and I'm hoping for the return of Carayol (a BIG if!) in a front 4 that looks something like this: Adomah...Tomlin...Carayol .............Graham............ It will be scrappy, and there'll only be one goal in this. 1-0 Boro
Guest SmogOnTheTyne
1-0 Ipswich. Low crowd. Poor performance. The lads already on the plane to Marbella. 2014/2015 starts here. Cliche. Cliche. Gael. Daryl Murphy will probably win it with a header. He always does.
