What is the average time out with a hip flexor injury?.

I think it depends on the severity (like with many injuries)

He described it as a "tightness" which I imagine can be fine with in a day or two of resting it.

Well the forest fans have not got the rose tints on right now have they!

Would take a scrappy 1-0 win like last season.

Gk (AK will player who he wants but I'd prefer steel)

Varga, Omerou, Gibson, Friend

Chalobah, Leadbitter

Adomah, Tomlin, Carayol

Graham

Will be 1-0 graham to score

I think that, on paper, we all know the best team to start. But AK seems to know what he's doing (maintain my full support for him despite the horrific goal drought) so will take a step back, support his decisions and just go with the flow here on out. Would love us to squeeze a win out of this one and give us something (albeit a near impossibility) to fight for.

Forest haven't won in five games and have never won at the Riverside, so you just know what will happen. Boro will run riooooooooooooooooooooot and send them packing before half time which will be our mantra for the remaining season. Boooyah!

If we take 3 points from this game it will be massive. We need to still keep believing in achieving the play offs, Forest are on a bit of a wobble, Wigan MIGHT start slipping up now that there in the FA cup semi finals and Leeds have just been thumped 5-1 at home. At the moment I'd say we only have a 10% chance of top 6 but if we go on a winning run I wouldn't rule it out just yet.

I think we'll win 2-0 with Graham and Tomlin scoring.

Indeed Forest are going through a bad patch and hopefully we can continue their woes.

If we manage to score then I see no reason why we can not go on and win this game otherwise this has a 0-0 written all over it.

Good effort both Bib and jamesp

If results go our way tomorrow we could be only 6 points off playoffs!

They're suffering with 6-7 first teamers out injured including the whole back 4. Surely this match screams for a front line of

Adomah- Tomlin- Muzzy

Graham

Don't get me excited.

Although i bet the Glass half empty's will look at it saying `if only we'd put away our chances etc.

In all honesty though, there are a lot of teams with games in hand over us.

There's still 36 points to play for. We've got games against the teams above us (Forest, Derby, QPR, Reading, Brighton). We need wins in probably all of those to give us a glimmer of hope.

Stop it both of you...

If there is anytime to do a 'Reading', its now! Damn it, now i've got hope!

Leeds would have to beat Reading and QPR would have to beat Brighton, whilst we beat Forest. That would put us within 6 points of the playoffs, but Wigan would have 6 points more than us, and 3 games in hand, I think that may be just a little too much.

It will put us within 9 points of Forest, and if they lose to us they will be in free fall and without a win in 6 games. I'm a dreamer, I know.

    • These Championship games are coming thick & fast, next up are high flying Swansea City With not much resting time between games NW won’t allow his players to feel sorry for themselves after Saturdays away defeat to Huddersfield, when we were totally in control then just fell away, he will tell the player’s  to dust themselves down & hopefully, a repeat performance of our last home game & make amends for Saturdays defeat With 2 defeats in the last 3 games the Swansea fixture is certainly a really tough fixture to try & get things up & running & go on another unbeaten run, Neil Warnock will certainly have his players pumped up for this game There are a few headaches, a possible concern injury with the player of the season for me, Dijksteel, while he has as striker options upfront to consider with Assombalonga, Akpom or Watmore??? It's Swansea 23rd visit on Teesside, with Boro winning 12, drawing 5 & losing 5, scoring 57 & conceding 31 Our 1st home win against Swansea was a 7-1 thrashing, we’ve had a couple of 6-2 wins & in 2 games, both George Camsell & Brian Clough scored 4 goals in one game past them Our last home victory against Swansea was a 3-0 win in our PL relegation season   Selected players who have represented both teams Bill Harris Swansea born he signed for his hometown club but didn’t start a game, he later went to Hull & in 1954 signed for the Boro for £15k where he went on to play 378 games, scoring 72 goals, he became our main penalty taker at one time, he scored twice against his home town club, one from the spot At one time Phil Boersma ‪ was our record signing £72k, playing 47 games between ‪1975 -77‬, scoring 3 goals. • Regarding Valdes. Are we really discussing the ability of a goalkeeper who has literally won every trophy possible and clocked up nearly 400 appearances for a team that was probably the best club side seen by an entire generation? The regular and quite ridiculous argument directed at Valdes was he had little to do for Barca such was they dominance. Do people genuinely think to be a keeper at the best club on the planet for as long as he was, that all you need to do is be able stand between two posts? Do people know how hard it is to even become a professional footballer at a half decent level never mind do it at the very elite level for as long as he did and we are discussing if he was a good keeper? Was he as good for as he was Barca? Well obviously not. But no player is going to be as good as for Boro as they would for Barca. You look better with better players around you. That is a simple fact.
    • Depends what you're using really. You shouldn't have any problems using a computer, or laptop which is by far the best option. However, if your using a phone it might not be up to the job, You need at least 4 GBs of ram for a decent stream, so if you're using a phone, it's time to upgrade.
    • Schwarzer was better for my money.
