Is it ability or attitude? Apparently, when Steele was suspended, and Given was bought in, Steele decided to get his troublesome ankle operation out of the way. Ak told him that he should wait until the end of the season, Steele refused, saying that it was important for his long term career, AK uttered his catchphrase, "you'll never play for this club again". I'm not sure what will happen if Dimi has a nightmare, or gets injured. So I guess, to answer your question, it's attitude, although I'm not sure who's! 2 - 0 to QPR again, I would say.
