I have just recently left the Royal Navy and I'm setting up my own fitness company with my wife, I'm wondering if any of you would mind liking and sharing our FB group, lots of fitness, nutrition and advice will be posted on there, also a friendly place to chat with others about Fitness and Sport! The business itself will be located in Lincoln when I move down there next month, but will be still operating in the North East until then, if you are interested in doing any Metafit, outdoor Circuits and lots of other stuff please feel free to contact us!!
