Lots of Labour MP's jumping ship and calling for Jeremy's head. I wonder if they want him out before the Chilcot inquiry is out.

They're calling for him to leave because he doesn't lead very well and the 'thousands' of supporters he has spend all their time abusing labour mp's instead of knocking on doors. It's harsh but it's the truth throughout the whole campaign period none of his supporters came out and helped campaign on the ground.

He has a responsibility to the party and country before he has a responsibility to members. This is not a blairite coup even his socialist friends of 30 years have resigned. This is about the nature of his leadership and lack of integrity of those around him.

McDonnell and Milne would see Labour destroyed before allowing Corbyn to go it is a disgrace. The labour party was set up by unions to serve the interests of working people in government not to become a pressure group.

Tough days ahead Jeremy has to step down if he's half as decent as I think he is, as for his replacement it has to be someone on the soft left but I can not see a standout. Possibly Alan Johnson?

We need to survive in the north we can not allow UKIP to become a serious party it would further validate the far right.

Labour party members overwhelmingly backed corbyn in the last keadership election and will so again in the next. This is nothing more than a coup by the blairite progress group and should be fought off. Unfortunately this was bound to happen following brexit as the last thing the establishment want is a left of centre party winning an election now. If he was so inept surely the media would just let him stay in power but he gives a choice between left and right and you have just seen what happens when people are given a real choice.

But he managed to get 65% of Labour voters to vote remain. The SNP by contrast got 64%. Surely if he ran an ineffective campaign he would of gotten a smaller percentage than that?

I do agree with you that labour seem to have lost the North (Sounds like game of thrones), you definitely have more knowledge about that.

I personally don't vote Labour but I actually feel that Corbyn is a real politician. And we need more like him in our political system.

UKIP in the North is essentially the equivalent of Ramsay Bolton.

We just have to wait a while before Nicola Sturgeon comes down from the wall with all her wildlings from Scotland and get shot of them.

Anyone with a few quid going spare could do worse than dip in to the market and snap up some shares in house builders Crest Nicholson. They were trading at £4.34 a few moments ago, down more than 24% on the day. One of the most highly rated shares in the sector, they have been hit particularly hard today because their recent statement warned that a brexit could adversely affect a small part of their business.

The house building sector has been hit very hard so it has a lot of scope for recovery as the shock of the referendum result wears off.

They have dropped to £3.95 now bugrit. What's your thoughts on this?

Actually, they have been as low as £3.44 and they have been the hardest hit share in one of the hardest hit sectors on the exchange! I was premature with my first top-up at £4.3580, premature again when I bought more at £3.6512 and premature yet again when I bought more at £3.5800. I finished up increasing my pre-Brexit holding by 50% at an average price of £3.9044 - not very good. Furthermore, today's £3.95 close was 39p up on the day and it's the first time my post-Brexit trades have been in profit.

Today's move (up 11%) has continued the volatility that CRST's share price has been showing but it's good to see them leading the sector on the up side, rather than downwards like they have been doing. Long may it continue but it won't, of course. There will be plenty more peaks and troughs over the coming months but the housing shortage continues so the underlying fundamentals haven't changed.
