Just a quick one to all the fans still in the NE to say - stay safe with all the new measures in place. Look after one another. ❤️

My daughter was tested 11 days ago and still not had a result. Might send a letter into Kier see if he can ask Boris about it.....🤔

As someone who got a job as a Deputy Manager in a pub to help get him through the pandemic whilst his main sector - the Entertainment industry - was being outright buggered from lack of adequate support, can I just say?

... *** the government.

The measures are necessary, but I can't help but wonder if we acted quicker, stricter and a bit longer, in terms of the original lockdown being imposed, how much better off we'd be now.

Excuse my ignorance but have the pubs just been closed in the UK?

Announced that they will close at 10pm (because the virus likes an early night) new measures are including off-licences too.

Just to clarify, alcohol sales in Supermarkets and off-licences have a 10pm cut off.

Thanks Dan. Pubs that don’t serve food only opened yesterday for the first time since March here in Ireland. Don’t think that this virus is going to go away anytime soon unfortunately

No problem. Yeah I think you're right in terms of it not going away soon. I think eventually it'll just become part of flu-season. The seasonal flu jab will include the Covid-19 vaccine (when it's available).

    • When they signed Stojanovic, St Pauli were second bottom in Bundesliga 2 with only one win to their name. I'm guessing that in that predicament they don't have a great defence in front of him but they are now up to 11th in a league of 18 teams and ten points clear of SV Sandhausen, the team that now occupies second bottom place.
    • I think if you were in a swimming pool and drowning perhaps an inflatable Dartboard would be quite useful or if you were maybe packaging Great Aunt Agatha's priceless vase you could insert it around said vase and them semi inflate it to prevent it bouncing around the box in the post and getting smashed? I'm sorry, I did think about Assombalonag and Akpom and can't come up with anything.
    • You're home but without fans its anyones game, if fans were allowed in and the support that you lot have, it would have been difficult for us.  Like I said in my 1st post if its level after 70 mins, i fancy your chances especially with Watmore and fletcher doing well 👍
    • Fletcher out for two to three weeks according to Warnock in his presser. Bolasie and Tav still not available. I hope he goes with Watmore up front and not Britt or Akpom, they're both about as useful as inflatable dartboards.
    • It was the same with us at the end of his stint with us, players just didnt respond to him.  It didnt help matters when he said during the season that he was leaving, but if there is one manager who could get a club up its NW.  Bolasie was a great signing for you, wish we went in for him.  The premier league needs a team like boro.    All the best mate 👍
