Usually is if it's meant for TV. But which non biased viewer watches boro-blackpool when there is PSG-barca ;) On a side note. Are any of the streams available for iPad. Haven't got a PC tonight. You can download an app called "Photon". Basically a browser that has flash enabled. I think it costs like £1 or £2.
