This survey is part of my dissertation research at Bath University into Football and identity in England. I realise you probably get a lot of these but I would really appreciate it if you took the time to complete it.

 

The survey has had over 1,800 responses so far, but has not had many Middlesbrough fans. So, I would really appreciate it if you could take the time to complete the survey, as it all helps my research.
