Boro V Derby County (A) 1-0

As you probably are all aware that the m/d thread should be authored by Pyro.

I know that he has been involved in a recent Road traffic Accident and is not feeling very well at this time.

He is back home it seems due to his posts on the Ipswich thread.

I am hoping that at some point today he will have put the thread up, but due to the game approaching fast I will put one up later this evening if he is too unwell to do it.

Thanks DS

Ps Get well soon Pyro first thread equalled a win so would be nice to get 2 out of 2 :)

Don't want to mention the elephant in the room but we won and scored 4 goals after Pyro's crash. I'm so glad you're back home but I also have a clapped out ford escort with bald tyres and dodgy brakes you can take for a spin tomorrow or Tuesday if you fancy.. :P

They really rate Thorne don't they? It's all they ever talk about on that site.

I know nothing about there world class player they keep talking about (Thorne) so I assumed he was an experienced player whose been at the likes of Barcelona and Bayern... Not much to go on but according to wiki he's 22 and has only played 9 games for them... Wiki is pretty rubbish to be fair so I will stick to the theory he must be a world class seasoned pro.

Although I've never openly criticised AK. I do think that he sometimes makes mistakes in his team selection and tactics. I think this is fair criticism, as he himself has admitted to mistakes of this kind on at least three occasions that I can remember. He is still a young and relatively inexperienced and innovative manager, and like most of us, he makes mistakes. However we all hopefully learn from those mistakes, but I'm not fully convinced that AK has. The next two games are going to be crucial to our ambitions. AK must get his selection and tactics spot on to come away from these games with a positive points tally. I think that four points is achievable and would be more than satisfactory, six points in the bag and he will have demonstrated that he a master tactician and I will eat my sombrero.

This is one we can win if we play in the same manner as we did in the 2nd half against Ipswich.

I'd go with Dimi, Kalas, Woody, Gibbo, Friend, Adomah, Clayton, Leadbitter, Nsue, Vossen, BAM BAM
