estonpidge 1,449
Didnt he just sign a new deal? http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/33252700 They'll get a bigger fee then. Haven't we sent a few lads on loan to them, must be good relations between the clubs.
mackie2424 157
Tomlin bid accepted 3million could reach 3.5 million, well 2 million profit but think we could have made more. http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/lee-tomlin-3m-bournemouth-bid-9789157
Teacider 108
3.5 mil from Bournemouth Dislike, want to keep him but can't begrudge him a prem move, would like to have seen 4.5m+ though
hanzino 4
3 Million, that's it ? what a joke should have at least got around 5 Mill
J.T. 640
Tomlin bid accepted 3million could reach 3.5 million, well 2 million profit but think we could have made more. http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/lee-tomlin-3m-bournemouth-bid-9789157 Extremely annoyed about this. Firstly I don't think we should be selling him and secondly, for a measly £3m? How can we be trying to sign Rhodes for £12m and willing to let Tomlin go for £3m. Ridiculous! robbieboro 80
Disappointed ! One for letting Tomlin go , and two especially for £3million! I'm really gutted about it. And we really need some bodies in for Preston ! We Are looking weak in attacking areas .
mackie2424 157
I think a Attacker must be imminent.
hanzino 4
no happy about this at all, we best be bringing in some quality after he leaves.
Guest Changing Times
Tomlin bid accepted 3million could reach 3.5 million, well 2 million profit but think we could have made more. http://www.gazettelive.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/lee-tomlin-3m-bournemouth-bid-9789157 Well this tells me that they must really want rid of the fella because £3m is nothing for him. Either that or Bausor is out of depth.
ph. 54
Can't believe Tomlin is going for the same price as Odubajo. I was thinking we did be able to get at least 5mil. Especially as Andre Gray is quoted at 6.5 mil. Tomlin definitely looks like a better player than Gray
CurtisFleming 86
We've had our pants down on Tomlin. Only think I can think of is that we wanted a quick sale without drawn out negotiations.
Smogster 7
I think a Attacker must be imminent. Good point, I hope so. Although 3m is lower than maybe a lot of us here expected, we need to get rid of the bad apples who's heads have turned. It's a real shame as I personally think Tomlin is a decent Boro player, though we need players committed to the immediate cause - Getting Boro into the PL. Good look to the guy. boronutter 149
didnt want him to go,but that said hes not irreplaceable, played 1 good game in every 3 or 4 imho.,must admit i thought the fee would be a little higher say 4 mill?
Armster 29
Disappointed ! One for letting Tomlin go , and two especially for £3million! I'm really gutted about it. And we really need some bodies in for Preston ! We Are looking weak in attacking areas . so discounting strikers (as tomlin doesn't play there) we have downing, reach, adomah, carayol, wildschut, nsue, fabreeze, possibly Forshaw and all the kdis... doesn't seem weak at all. tomlin was backup, we'll have a replacement lined up better for cheaper. have faith
