The fee structure is 3.5 million USD initially with an extra 700k USD in add ons due to Nacional, 2 million USD is going to Nacional. They say medical tomorrow and the Nacional president is also flying out to sign the contracts on behalf of all owners to ensure a smooth deal. I think that info is genuine I actually have a friend who lives and works in Chile as an English teacher so I gave them a Skype call sent them a couple of links and they read back details to me.
