Naughty Boy 18
Ian Holloway is a bit weird.. He always talks us up but when it comes to us playing a game he doesn't pick us to win.. He doesn't think we will win tonight if Austin plays.. He thought Leeds would beat us.. Plenty of other games he thought we wouldn't win if I remember correctly.. I just think its a little weird. Guest Changing Times
Not sure how much effect warnock will have. I had us as an easy win but not so sure now. If we play well we win if we dont then who knows I think that's it for me as well mate. It comes down to us really as it usually does. Which version of Boro will show up? I have read through this thread and to me it feels like people are talking QPR up. They have players with Premier League experience yes that's true but I'm not sure that makes them Premier League players. In their last two seasons in the Premier League they finished rock bottom, the season before that they avoided relegation by one point. They didn't deserve to get promoted the last time in my opinion as Derby were the better team that season and were the better team in the play off final as well. Green is a decent keeper, Austin is obviously a goalscorer for a higher level but other than that I'm not quaking in my boots at the thought of the rest of them. Phillips when he wants to be is good but sometimes he doesn't seem to be bothered. The rest of them - Konchesky, Percy, Henry, Faurlin, Luongo, Chery, Hall, Toszer, Emmanuel-Thomas - are they really Premier League players or people we should fear? Not for me on both counts. Just read it properly & by the sounds of it he thinks Austin is out so thinks we will win, If Austin is fit he would consider changing his mind...He is still a bit weird when it comes to the Boro :)
Beckyboro 5
3-1 Boro!!!!! :)
chipchat 61
I'll second that 3-1 Boro. (If nothing else because it's the most cheerful post all thread. Come on, all, it's game day!)
Naughty Boy 18
Neill Warnock won't be at the game tonight due to personal reasons.
BillyWoofs_shinpad 1,884
Will they appoint a temporary, temporary manager?
Borodane 6,297
Warnock missing is surely a huge dent in their chances tonight. Really hope Austin misses out too.
Jimmy 140
Strange goings on at QPE. Would love for a convincing win, get us back on track after Hull, and onto next week. COME ON BORO!
Jimmy 140
That obviously meant to say QPR.
