Redmond is perfect for Norwich, Top championship player but not good enough for the premier league.. That's what Norwich have, A team full of top end championship players who aren't good enough for the premier league.

We already have enough championship players in our squad.. Dimi, Ayala, Gibson, Friend, Clayton, Rhodes.. None are proven in the premier league (They all might prove good enough but some might not) Add more championship players & we will get relegated.

That's not mentioning the likes of Leadbitter & Nugent who aren't good enough for the premier league.

AK & Mr Gibson will show more ambition than what some of you obviously would.

Redmond is a good player. People forget how young he is still. And that he can play anywhere across the attacking midfield 3. He's been pretty good for the Under 21s, scored a couple of goals at the Toulon tournament which England won recently. He's a quality player at Championship level clearly and he has shown real potential.

Not sure about Klose. I can only assume we have been watching him for a long time as with Fischer. He must have been eyed up before Norwich went in for him.

Yes of course, a lad who has only turned 22 a couple of months ago must have his career set in stone...

Nobody's saying don't buy class players, but if there's a stand out player in the championship who wants to move then why not buy him, not every player starts off at a premier league or top European club.

An example, if we hadn't gone up and a PL club had come in for Ayala or Gibson would that be a lack of ambition on the PL clubs part.

Redmond had 6 goals and 12 assists when they came up.

He played in a relegated team that had a negative mindset last season.

He's still improving and has a lot more to come.

a very good friend of mine  who has worked with and followed Birmingham City football club for going on 50  years told me a few years back that Redmond was the best prospect hed seen there since Trevor Francis  which is quite a  compliment.

Klose looked pretty good the bits i saw in highlights in the second half of last season.

so yep a combined 10 mill  would be good business  i think.

Wasn't so much a negative mindset, they just didn't invest enough in players and got slaughtered on the counter every time they tried to go forward.
