I want Victor Moses. His career has stalled since he joined Chelsea, just as everyone knew it would and it's a real shame. Still, that's how they do things at Chelsea. They take a young player who was setting the league alight at lowly Wigan and then they stifle his career, for no good reason whatsoever, just because they can. Hell, I despise that bloody club.

In all likelihood, here he goes again, impressive pre-season behind him, probably off out on loan to some club that'll give him little more than bit parts because he's not really their player. Would love it if we could rescue him.

Yes, agree. Someone needs to play him regularly. Would love him at our our club.

With ayala putting pen and paper, I think we will only sign a back up CB...

I would be happy with Chester but he's not going to come here unless he's guaranteed a starter (that's why he's leaving albion!)

I would be happy with Okore from villa,

I also agree that he's a good player with the potential to be very good, my only doubts are wether he would fit into the system we play, would he be happy tracking back like Karanka expects from his wingers?

West Ham agree £20m deal with Swansea for Andre Ayew. Medical this weekend. Swansea in talks with Atletico Madrid striker Borja Baston

Would be gutted if Borja Baston went to Swansea. If he is keen on a move to the premier league we should be all over him.

New name linked in Portugal, we've apparently made contact with Benfica about Samaris.

Another CM linked where there's smoke there's either fire or a steaming pile of b...

He will be expensive. Cost them 7.6 million two years ago and I can't see them selling for less as he is a key member playing 78 games in two years. Unless we can do a loan to buy depending on us staying up and him playing a number of games.

    • All big games really.  We're in the hunt so the pressure is on!  Great to see.
    • This is the kind of thinking we need at this football club. Seriously though, if you're going to do stuff like this then it should be lots of players of the past, not just Ugo, although I get the reason for him being mentioned specifically.  Most players aren't going to get statues at the ground like Mannion, and Hardwick, it'd be nice to have something for lots of players, and a space for players in the future as well.
    • Give over mate.  You know what I'm talking about, you've seen it as others have.  At least one of the bloody mods was doing it as well.  Is this how it's going to be now, mods acting dumb when things get called out? Can I ask a question, is it possible in your opinion, that some people will end up being reported more than others, but that the reports might not have any real merit to them?  Genuine question.
    • The results today were pretty decent again. If we beat Blackburn on Monday then we're only 4 points behind 2nd placed Bournemouth, who are on poor form and have looked awful for the past two months. QPR are in great form at the moment so seem to be in with a shot of 2nd spot.
    • As long as the people who were upset with the comments were similarly upset with anti English comments we've had from some of our Irish members then I actually don't have an issue with them complaining.  But I'd bet all the money I have that not one of those people complained when it was going in that direction.  That's the crux of it to me, the offensive behaviour only goes one way, and the mods have never stepped in previously to do a thing about it, whatever is now being claimed.  They decided to step in this time though, and I'm certain that it was because it was me.  As it was pointed out to me privately some time ago, lots of people are just waiting for me to slip up and cross the line, and unfortunately, some of those people are mods 🤷‍♂️
