If that's true whyyyyyyy Birmingham must be laughing. flint might have been coming as a first teamer to replace gibbo. with shotton only coming in as a squad player. i doubt it was a choice between flint and shotton and we chose shotton. although they both coud be seen as just squad players behind gibbo and ayala. That's what I would have thought but I looked on twitter and most of them seem to be sad that he's leaving. I would love it if Gibbo stayed but Monk keeps talking about the importance of balancing the money of incoming and outgoing transfers.
