At least the lads know if they do well and win the game, they'll be rewarded with a starting place the next game!

can't be much fun on the fringes of the team knowing that your career depends on an injury to a teammate or a serious beating to the current side.

Thats how it should be though. You get in the team on merit, rather than because the manager decides to shuffle the pack.

 

Players usually lose form or get injured at some point in the season, so its not like they've got no chance. In any case the Championship fixture list usually forces a bit of shuffling.

Boro nearly get in after a poor backpass from a forest player.

 

You can definitely see their defensive frailties here, as soon as you press them they panic but they're very good the other way.
