Crappy play, time-wasting, awful refereeing, gifted goals and well worked ones. Terrible start by Boro and at times it looked like they were trying to throw the game to Rangers. Credit to the lads though, they fought back, eventually got their noses in front and could easily have had 4 or 5 goals in the end, failing to capitalise on several good scoring chances. Last 10-15 minutes were also disappointing as Boro seemed to prefer running the ball into the corners, instead of playing normally and trying to score in open play. Still, purely on chances created Boro deserved to win this, despite their best attempts at self-sabotage. A very strange match that showcased both sides of Boro...their turgid, scrappy and boring worst and exhilarating best. Link to post Share on other sites
