I wouldn't even say we were defensively naive, more like defensively not switched on. At all. That hospital pass by Ayala was ridiculous, which is a shame as he was solid for the majority of the game afterwards.

It's silly mistakes like that which we need to cut out, and soon.

The fact we played Barnsley and not Liverpool, Chelsea or Man U has been lost on some. It’s revelant to what we have now become and accept that’s been lost.

What a stupid post. We're a championship team with largely a championship squad, we have no divine right to win any game.

Maybe you should start proofreading your posts before you unleash them on everyone.

What you actually mean is, dumb them down for your benefit.

not a divine right, but with Karanka we got 85 points and then 89

Should we expect less with Monk, who has if not a better team atleast a simular good one?

Have come to really dislike the word "gelling" since 4 games into the season but the reality of the situation is, we are still doing it

Whether you can plant 100% of that responsibility on Monk shoulders, or players not performing to the standard he wants and should expect is a different thread for another day

We are the "super stars" of the league and the lesser teams (without disrespect) are looking for our scalp.

There are far too many points to play for , to be lighting bonfires around Monks feet, (although i suspect witnessing the booing and animosity towards the team at half time , adolescence and pre- match drinking played a huge part)

A degree of calm and confidence is needed a***st a lot of fans , not knee jerk witch hunts

What Karanka did or didn't do is history so don't see the point in mentioning, Karanka's not in charge because he blew it in the Premier, so put Karanka in the archives with the rest of our previous managers sick of hearing about him.
