Red Rocket 244
A loan would be a good deal for us especially if it's view of a permanent in summer. As a striking option I'd be happy with Hugill but really think our current focus needs to be on some midfield creativity, we can't rely on the young lads in their breakthrough season, that's unfair. J.T. 640
Joe Bryan set to sign for Villa Joe Bryan will sign for Aston Villa today. Bryan had a medical yesterday and confirmation is expected at some stage in the next few hours. Both Villa and Boro were said to have agreed a fee for Bryan earlier this week. FFS! estonpidge 1,442
Think Villa have already sold Grealish, but won't be announced until they've completed their shopping to keep prices real
J.T. 640
Any chance on something positive happening in the transfer market? It’s been hit after hit after hit... those at the top have made a complete hash of this summer.
northern boro 446
@SkySports_Keith Middlesbrough remain in discussions with Yannick Bolasie as they attempt to persuade him to move to The Championship. Both permanent transfer and loan with an option to buy being discussed.
Borodane 6,246
BORO IN TALKS WITH BOLASIE Sky sources: Middlesbrough remain in discussions with Yannick Bolasie as they attempt to persuade him to move to The Championship. Everton winger Bolasie has been told he’s surplus to requirements at Goodison Park; Crystal Palace are interested but Boro is a more likely destination. Middlesbrough are discussing both a permanent transfer and/or a loan with a view to a permanent deal. Bolasie is valued around £15m.

Red Rocket 244
I think part of me can't believe the Bolaise story but if that does come off I'll be really impressed. Definitely the kind of player we need, hopefully Mo has put in a good word about us.

nunthorpered 1,920
I think Bryan is overrated myself. Especially at £6m. Not that bothered at all.
Borodane 6,246
If we can wrap up Besic, Hugill and Bolasie in the next 30 hours it will calm a lot down and we can then spend the loan window finding the right players for competition at full back and another creative player. Red Rocket 244
I see Villa have rejected 25 mill for Grealish. I think the lad has talent but he's not worth that much, just shows how inflated the current market is.
