I am not carrying any particular torch for John Terry but what exactly has he done that so many people on here are so anti. I know he was a bit of a tearaway when younger but has there been more recent negative stuff about him in the press, or is it personal feelings on his character.  I know the Villa players hold him in high regard for his leadership qualities, (as did the Chelsea players), I am not so sure of his coaching abilities though.

I think the guys a belter (I use that as a insult) but no more of a belter than 100’s of other footballers. It’s just the way the press went after John Terry I don’t agree with. Why not go after Peter Crouch who stared shagging Joe Cole ‘s ex or Ozil that has done it numerous times.

 

My personal take is that he gets some fair stick which he probably deserves and a lot of unfair stick that he probably shouldn’t

Reading the John Terry criticism got to agree morals of a louse, wouldn't ever want someone in charge who has no principals and showed a total disrespect to a fellow team mate. So Bausor and Kenyon are doing the interviews but Gibson is actually doing the interviews and interviewed Jokanovic in London who then popped up to the training ground to have a look around with John Terry who hasn't even got an interview because the only two people getting interviewed are Woodgate and Jokanovic but someone else is getting interviewed today although we don't know who it is, theoretically it must be Woodgate or that would mean at least three people are getting interviews and despite the club saying they'd take their time, every time something happens* things are apparently moving quickly even though nothing appears to be moving especially quickly at all.
