seriously mate, it's done.  I think everyone gets your opinions on this...but The club/Gibson have made the decision they are entitled to make, time to move on. you can be angry at the club

FWIW -The Chinese discussions with Gibson were centered more towards Bulkhaul and Rockcliffe. Despite what was said in the media the talks were primary regarding club sponsorship and hotel owners

I don't know whether you've noticed this or not but you have a tendency to recommend Danish people for various things.

As I've said before, the words are important. It's important that the club treats Woody as the best candidate, that's what they're selling. It's important that we follow the philosophy that Woody has sold in his interview. I thought he spoke very well, which is a good start. But we have to continue along that path. Onwards and upwards.

Interview was assertive if nothing else.

I like his determination. I don't think he will suffer fools. I'm optimistic.

I said when I saw young Walker playing in the cup that he reminded me of a young Robbie Keane. I think it is so exciting to think that he will now be coached by the man. I can see big things ahead for Walker in a Boro shirt

Woodgate emphasised that there are players in our u23s that are good enough for the first team. Wonder how many he believes there are.

Wood, Spence, Walker. They're the three I can think of that are most highly rated.

Stubbs maybe? Mahmutovic?

Where he talks about he thinks U23s/18s are good enough now it could make pre season very interesting he's either talking about the Wearne's/Malley's who are more established or the Sykes/Hackney types who are super young but moving quick I don't think he's talking about Wood or Walker when he talks about there being youth players ready to go will be interesting seeing who he plays in preseason.

I still think it's a bit early for Woods, he's only just left school! We'll see though, Woody should know a good defender.

Spence has always looked good when I;ve seen him, Walker has impressed both for us and internationally.

Is there any chance Brahimi could be convinced to stay now that the ork is gone? He always looked very bright.
