Spot on. Boro turned down what Cardiff offered. Madine and cash. Pulis just wanted him gone, and was willing to accept Madine as part of the deal. Unreal

No but you see its all TP's fault as Assombalonga is a sound guy. Certain people on this forum can't possibly be wrong!!!

Traore would already be in a Boro shirt if the Wolves deal for Shoya Nakijama hadn't fallen through.

Traore loan deal was agreed in December and pulled once Wolves deal fell through.

We have been promised we have first option to sign if they get a replacement.

Traore asked for the deal as he doesn't want to be a bit part player especially after his impressive season last season.

I believe we will see an update on this middle of next week

I really hope we have learned from past mistakes and won’t wait until the last day only to see our only deal fall through. We should be working on other deals as it is at not let ourselves be at the mercy of wolves.

A few people have asked about John Obi Mikel and Middlesbrough. Believe he was in fact present Boro’s training ground meeting Tony Pulis last week, but no deal is in place as it stands.

He’s at Rockliffe. Can’t see the deal not happening now. Why would he come back up?

So he's on a 2nd visit to Rockliffe wow, Jon Obi Mikel would definitely restructure the midfield whether people rate him or not the question will be will Pulis just jam him into his system like he did with Saville or will he recognise Mikel's quality as a sit deep low energy ball player and stick 2 CMs with more energy in front of him.
