HolgateHero 600
why are we signing / trying to sign players before knowing who our new manager will be? surely our woeful recruitment dept need to cool their jets - or is to keep making the same mistakes written into their job descriptions? Neverbefore 10,708
why are we signing / trying to sign players before knowing who our new manager will be? surely our woeful recruitment dept need to cool their jets - or is to keep making the same mistakes written into their job descriptions? To be fair, the only way to snap up the decent free signings is to act quick. Its low risk. Do you think the manager had any say in us signing wing, and look how he turned out

Do you think the manager had any say in us signing wing, and look how he turned out Because something is low risk it doesn't equate to a new, coherent and evolved recruitment policy, the kind of thing we need. will the new manager want/like or even use this player? when you are managerless some things have to be left till someone is in the hot seat, at least we should think about it if we want to see real change at the boro imo. After a quick twitter search - Paylor says there “could” be a change of manager, nothing much else is coming up. The gazette would surely be making more of this if it was really happening.
