Downsouth 6,175
Really like the input and memory recovery features so far Erimus 74 and if this is your regular thing and forte perhaps we should simply have one thread devoted to your contributions of this sort and type of contribution. Will have to come up with a good thread title something like "Erimus 74's Back in Time thread. Suggestions would be good but I feel one dedicated thread to your input would be good.

Erimus74 2,977
Boro flashback 9th August 1975 ASC Qualifying round Newcastle 2 Boro 2 Boro needed to avoid to defeat to finish top of the group to progress to the K/O stages, the group consisted of Boro, Carlisle, Sunderland & Newcastle IIRC a male Newcastle streaker ran on the pitch with the scores still at nil all, he looked like he'd been to Benidorm for his holidays with having white parts where his shorts once were, think he was wearing his socks ?? With the distraction over Newcastle scored 1st, Boro equalised through Alan Willey, took the lead through David Armstrong only for Newcastle to equalise, Boro had secured the point needed & progressed to the knock out stage, were we would play Aberdeen in the ASC QF Boro team Pat Cuff John Craggs Ian Bailey Graeme Souness Stuart Boam Tony McAndrew Peter Brine David Mills - Sub Malcolm Smith Alan Willey Harry Charlton
