1 point from safety, shame we didn't win but I'm reasonably happy tonight.

Definitely seems like we need a defensive coach, just cannot defend balls in to the box.

Not a bad point. Need to be winning our home games though.

Glad Britt has some goals and hopefully will be more confident now

Glad we've stopped the rot and to see Britt discovering how to score again. Hull and Barnsley home games are great opportunities for us to get out the drop zone. Onwards and upwards

I'm just wondering with no VAR in the Championship should it be mandatory for the  linesmen  to wear binoculars strapped to their heads.

Gazette saying Browne could be back after international break so hopefully he on bench v Hull.

Article also states Shotton out until December.

That leaves Rudy (also December) and Sav (back for Leeds at end of Nov) as other senior players out.

Jonathan Woodgate praises Middlesbrough's 'real fans' and ignores 'keyboard warriors'

A na√Įve comment from an inexperienced guy that's out of his depth in a managerial role. His instinct is to turn it into insults instead of trying to act like a manager who should try to bring everyone together, especially at a time that we're in the relegation zone and in awful form. Maybe he got too excited and arrogant after we picked up one whole point today instead of losing again. He has won 2 wins in 16 league games so anyone reasonable would consider any criticism, whether online or in a stadium, as completely understandable. He's just a bit of a pillock.

Pack your briefcase Mr Woodgate your out of The Riverside asap .

Apparently the reason for him wearing the tracksuit at todays game and not his suit was because its at the cleaners being cleaned for his job interviews that are coming up this week.

    • You say that, but we'd be¬†6 points better off if the referee had been competent in yesterday's game and in the Blackburn one. Ignoring butterflies, that would have us in joint 7th and a point off the play-offs. We'd also be 2 points behind Swansea without the dodgy decisions in their last 2 games. We've been done over in more than just those two matches too.
    • Sadly Boro are not just relying on Barnsley losing more games than them, Bournemouth and Cardiff have to as well. Full marks to die-hard fans for optimism¬† but it looks like 8th at best. And for all Warnock's complaints, it is 46 games that will give us our final position. I can still remember his rant about Tevez and Mascerano's suspicious appearance for West Ham which sent Sheff Utd down. Seemingly nothing to do with Sheff Utd were there because they had been crap all season.¬†
    • Probably where my confusion lies as i recall he got praise for one season. Either way he can leave as I feel he is preventing the progress of Brynn by being 2nd or 3rd choice here.
    • Congrats to Rangers on winning the Scottish Premiership I know it‚Äôs a¬†Micky mouse competition and just shows how easy Celtic have had it for 10 years¬†
    • He did get it in the season before, in League One, but he imploded at the end of the Championship play-off push season.
