Wow - vote currently stands at 28-0 in favour of Yes.

My own position is...

...even with the knowledge that we have no replacement lined up and that finding one (especially at short notice) would be difficult, to say the least.

But right now, I would put money on the youth team coaches and U21s doing a better job. At least they would care enough to make an effort.

Also, I'm pretty partial to paprika Pringles.

Steve Gibson's primary concern is to have total control and likes to see the club as his vehicle to give his mates jobs, which vicariously gives him power. Gibson, akin to his Tory leaning ways, is ob

This post absolutely nails it and is by far the biggest problem with the club. The Media are absolutely terrified to criticize the club and point the finger, afraid of being excluded from the club lik

Well we will have to agree to disagree. Woodgate has not put a baby in the bath water to throw out. Not even an embryo. He has not developed a style of play, settled team or delivered on his vision of

Pringles aren't technically crisps but i'll give you a pass because Paprika is the best Pringle flavour there is.

Even I had to vote yes. He looks so out of depth that it would be merciful to put him out of his misery. Then we have to get an experienced manager to put us fans out of our misery.

I love cheese, i like onion.

I don't like them together in crisp format, however.

The appointment was a joke and deep down everyone knew it. A lad that hasn't been able to keep himself out of trouble off the pitch being put in charge of managing a football club was ridiculous.

Get rid now Gibson and then swallow your pride and accept some help from someone who actually knows a bit about the game. The last time we let an outsider interfere in the managerial appointment we actually got it right.

Getting rid of Woodgate won't change the direction of this tanker moving slowly in the wrong direction on it's own, but we can't continue like this.

What annoys me the most in all this is Steve Gibson.

In all honesty I like Woodgate  I liked him as a player, I like his passion and I may get slated but I liked the fact he got appointed, but it hasn't worked and Woodgate just isn't up to the job and what annoys me so much is that Gibson wont act until it's too late.

Why on earth Gibson cant just hold his hands up say he wanted it to work out but it isn't and do the right thing and relieve him of his duties is beyond a joke now, I honestly think Gibson like Woodgate is out of his depth as a chairman and also doesnt know what to do.

Southgate-esqu appointment - it’s like rolling the clock back 15 years or so.

Was never going to succeed. Ironically though at this stage I’d still say no. Let it run its course and make and make the change at the end of the season. We won’t go down imo

I voted no, I'm in the minority but do feel he deserves a fair crack of the whip. Loads of injuries, inexperienced and trying to work within the new financial landscape.

We sacked Southgate too soon, let's not do the same again.  UTB

It looked briefly early in the year like something had clicked after the shambles we’d been watching prior to that. But since then it’s gone steadily down hill and sadly that little spell looks like it was basically just a bit of luck.  The squad should be way above where we are and it’s clearly the managers fault for that after so many games.

100 percent yes. I had my say on the situation yesterday but now he's pretty much blamed the young lads for us being in the position we are in when we actually started doing a bit better when the likes of Spence/Coulson/Tav were being selected. He's clueless.
